Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 2 ug/ml; Mouse brain lysate. Incubate at RT for 4 hrs. ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml (kinase assay). Binding of Ly-pT-Gly-HRP. (0.2 ug/100 ul/well) to an anti-phosphothreonine coated microplate (0.5 ug/100 ul/well) is inhibited by 95% with the addition of 2-10 ug/ml anti-phosphothreonine. No inhibition is evident by inhibition of phosphoserine, phosphotyrosine or threonine at concentrations of up to 1 mg/ml.
