Specificity
The human control peptide sequence is not significantly conserved in TANK-1. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not established.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml. Using ECL. TANK1 ~130kD. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
