The human TANK21 control peptide sequence is not significantly conserved in TANK-1. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not established.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for neat serum and 1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure antibody using ECL. TANK1 ~130kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000 for neat serum and 0.5-1 ug/ml for affinity pure. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
