Anti-Human IgG F(c) was produced by repeated immunization with human IgG F(c) fragment in rabbit.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(c) and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG F(ab).

Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.

Prior to reconstitution, 4°C. Following reconstitution store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
