Immunogen
Anti-Human IgG was produced by repeated immunization with Human IgG F(c) fragment in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(c) and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Human IgG F(ab) or Bovine, Horse, Mouse and Rat Serum Proteins.
Applications
- Immunofluorescence (1:100 - 1:250)
- Western blot
- Flow Cytometry (1:100 - 1:250)
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 106 cells in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at 20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles, store undiluted. Expiration date is 1 year from date of restoration.
