Porcine large granular lymphocytes.
Specificity
Recognizes the porcine homologue of human CD18. Clone PNK-I immunoprecipitates molecules of 166, 155 and 95 kD under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Clone PNK-I has been reported to inhibit porcine NK activity without affecting antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Store undiluted. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
