Specificity
Reacts with the Alpha 5 integrin. Has been shown to stimulate homotypic cellular aggregation of alpha 5 beta 1 positive lymphoid cell lines. It also inhibits the adherence of cells to fibronectin. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Species cross-reactivity: canine.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/1E6cells. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 0.5-1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 1-5 ug/ml. Positive control: IHC.
