Hsc70 purified from sodium arsenite treated heat-resistant variants of Chinese hamster cells.
Specificity
Specific for Hsc70 under both native and denaturing conditions. Detects a ~73kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsc70 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. Species cross-reactivity: human, monkey, mouse, hamster, guinea pig, rat, rabbit, bovine, sheep, porcine, canine and chicken. Will not react with Hsc70 ATPase fragment or Hsp70.
