Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Elastase [Porcine Pancreas]. Cross reactivity against Elastase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anti-Elastase has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Elastase [Porcine Pancreas] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:200 to 1:1000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
