• Western blot (1 µg/ml)

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 1 ug/ml detects AIF from a mouse liver preparation. Mouse liver protein preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with AIF (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.

200 ug of protein A purified rabbit IgG in 200 ul of 0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, 30% glycerol. Liquid at -20 deg C.
