Bio-Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using human MCF-7 cells is less than 10 µg/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 100 IU/mg.

Reconstitution

Store lyophilized at 2°C to 8°C for short term storage. Store lyophilized at -20°C for long term storage. Store reconstituted at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 week. Aliquot and store reconstituted at -20°C to -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
