Lyophilized from a sterile solution in pH 8, 0.1 M NaCl, 0.1 M Sodium Bicarbonate.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute in sterile ice-cold deionized water or PBS to 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can be further diluted into other aqueous buffers.
