Bio-Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by its ability to block BAFF induced mouse splenocyte survival is 1.0-5.0 µg/ml in the presence of 1.0 µg/ml of rHuBAFF.

Reconstitution
Briefly centrifuge prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 2°C to 8°C for short term storage. Store lyophilized at -20°C for long term storage. Store reconstituted at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 week. Aliquot and store reconstituted at -20°C to -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
