Synthetic peptide (AA 497-511) from the C-Terminus of VSV, Vesicular Stomatitis Virus glycoprotein(KLH coupled).

C-Terminus
Specificity
Recognizes native and denatured VSV containing proteins. Recognizes immature form of the VSV-G localized in the RER and in the cisternae of Golgi complex. Recognizes the mature VSV-G at the surface and in the budding virus. Does not stain the secreted form of VSV-G which lacks the membrane and the cytoplasmic domain.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:5000-1:20000 (50-100 ng antigen/well). Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10000 (chemiluminescence). Detects native and denatured VSV proteins.
