Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) and Immunofluorescence microscopy. Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:500-1:2500 with overnight incubation at 2-8?C. Dilute immediately before use with PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Positive control: Frozen sections of rat spinal cord.
