Specificity
Specific for the canine ZO-2 protein (~160kD). Does exhibit cross-reactivity with a few proteins of unknown identity in the 50-85kD region. Does not appear to cross-react with the related ZO-1 protein. Species cross-reactivity: human and mouse.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-4 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Mouse liver tissues): 4-5 ug/ml. Note: Weak fixation of tissues with 2% paraformaldehyde/picric acid followed by NO post-fixation is required to produce staining. Positive control: HeLa and canine MDCK cell lysates and mouse liver homogenates.
