Specificity
Recognizes rat SGLT-1. No significant sequence homology exists with other SGLTs. Species sequence homology: mouse 93% and human 50%. For human, we recommend LS-C17807 or LS-C17808.

- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Antibody Blocking. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. SGLT-1 is ~70-77kD. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml.
