Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml with control peptide. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Detects a band at ~70-77kD.
