Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml. Detects PP2A (36kD) in human A431 and in murine 3T3 RIPA cell lysates. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitated PP2A from 500 ug of A431 RIPA lysate. Immunocytochemistry: 5-10 ug/ml shows positive immunostaining for PP2A, C subunit in A431 fixed for 10 minutes with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS.
