Western Blot Analysis: A 1:1000 dilution detects PP2A, demethylated in RIPA lysates from A431 cells. A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PP2A, demethylated (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
