A synthetic peptide C-QHSYSSPVDNTPSHQ corresponding to amino acid residues 2488-2502 of human Notch 1, intracellular domain. A residue of cysteine was added to the N-Terminus end to facilitate coupling. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Opossum, Chicken, Xenopus, Newt (93%); Platypus (87%); Trout, Stickleback, Pufferfish, Zebrafish (80%).

Usage
Suitable for use in, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Standard sandwich ELISA using IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRb and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500.
