Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Murine IL-10 (0.5 ng/ml), a concentration of 3-5 ug/ml of this antibody is required. ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 4-8 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1600 pg/ml of recombinant murine IL-10 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-10 (LS-C104822) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: To detect mIL-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-10 is 2-4 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
