CAPN1 / Calpain 1 Antibody - Western blot of lysates from A431, A549, MCF-7, U-251 MG cell line (from left to right) with CAPN1 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.

CAPN1 / Calpain 1 Antibody - Flow cytometric of HeLa cells with CAPN1 Antibody (green) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1 (blue). Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
