Recognizes mouse, rat and human gp96 proteins. Reactivity has been confirmed with mouse and rat brain homogenates by Western Blot and immunoprecipitation, and with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tonsil tissue by immunohistochemistry.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Identifies a single band at ~96kD. Immunoprecipitation: 1-5 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 0.5-1 ug/ml Heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) with EDTA, pH 8.0, is required prior to staining for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.
