Generated by genetic immunization of BALB/c mice with an immunization vector containing the granzyme B cDNA.
Specificity
Recognizes granzyme B transiently expressed on the cell surface of transfected BOSC cells as well as the native protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Reacts with human granzyme B GrB), a 27kD serine protease which cleaves target-cell proteins at specific aspartate residues. Does not cross-react with the human granzymes A, K or M.

Usage
