Nuclei from pokeweed mitogen stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes were used as the immunogen for this Granulocyte Marker antibody.

The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. This antibody recognizes an unidentified antigen in the cytoplasm of mature granulocytes and can be used as a granulocyte marker in normal tissues or inflammatory processes. The granulocyte marker antibody shows no reactivity with any other cell type in human tissues. Markers of myeloid cells are useful in the identification of different levels of cellular differentiation. Clone BM-2 mAb reacts with early precursor and mature forms of human myeloid cells. It is useful for the detection of myeloid leukemias and granulocytic sarcomas. ELISA: Order BSA-free format for coating.
