Porcine bone marrow hematopoietic cells (BMHC).

Recognizes a 60kD antigen on porcine granulocytes of the neutrophil lineage, acting as a reliable tool for their analysis and isolation, without contamination from other cells. Expression of the antigen recognized by clone 6D10 decreases from the immature promyelocytes, through myelocytes and metamyelocytes, to the mature neutrophils, thereby enabling the identification of neutrophil developmental stages. Suitable for use on cytospins.

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
