Specificity
Recognizes human IgA (alpha chain). Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for ELISA and Immunofluorescence. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide, supplied in a stabilizer of 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free).
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 1.0 ml sterile ddH2O
Storage
Store at -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
