Purified, E. coli-derived, recombinant mouse growth differentiation factor 9 (rmGDF-9).

Recognizes mouse Growth and Differentiation Factor 9 (GDF9). Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmGDF-1, rmGDF-5, rmGDF-6, rmGDF-8 and rmGDF-15.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse GDF-9. The detection limit for rmGDF-9 is approximately 0.6 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse GDF-9. The detection limit for rmGDF-9 is approximately 25 ng/lane under reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 ug/ml will detect GDF-9 in cells or tissues.
