NS0-derived rmFrizzled-4 cysteine-rich domain.

Recognizes human and mouse Frizzled-4. Does not cross-react with rmFrizzled-1, -2, -3, -6, -7 or -8 in Western Blot. Detects Frizzled-4 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on mouse differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3, and also on human HEK293 cells.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 0.1 mg/ml and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of biotinylated monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome. Immunohistochemistry: 10 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Frizzled-4 in fixed human HEK293 cells. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human/mouse Frizzled-4. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-4 is ~5 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
