Specificity
FLI1 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least four isoforms of FLI1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all four.

- Western blot (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)

Usage
FLI1 antibody can be used for detection of FLI1 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 50 kDa Observed: 52kDa
