Usage
Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml of antibody detected E2F-1 (~55kD) in a HeLa nuclear extract. Positive Antigen Control: HeLa nuclear extract. Use 20 ug per lane. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug of a previous lot of antibody immunoprecipitated E2F-1 from HeLa nuclear extract.
