Specificity
Reacts the ~130kD human Dlg protein. Reactivity with human p55, PSD-95 and other related MAGUK proteins has not been observed. Reacts with an epitope located within amino acids 1-166. Reactivity is confirmed with human HeLa cells. Jurkat cells, Caco-2 and human T lymphocytes can also be used as positive controls.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunofluorescence: see reference. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 ug/IP reaction. Positive control: Jurkat cells, Caco-2 and human T lymphocytes.
