Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy, Immunoprecipitation, Immunoelectron microscopy, FACS analysis, and Functional Block. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Cells in culture. Immunoprecipitation: 1 ug/1E6 cells. FACS analysis: 1-2 ug/1E6 cells. Functional Block: Melanoma cell spreading, glioma cell proliferation, and tumor growth in nude mice. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

PBS, pH 7.6. No preservative added. Glycerol free.
Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
