Cells isolated from porcine mesenteric lymph node.
Specificity
Recognizes an epitope contained in the portion of porcine CD45 encoded by exon A, CD45RA. Recognizes both the 210 kD RA CD45 isoform and the 226 kD RAC isoform. Clone MIL13 does not recognize the CD45RC or CD45RO isoforms.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Long term: store at -20°C. Store at 4°C for up to one month. Do not use frost-free freezers. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
