Specificity
Recognizes the mouse CD3 antigen which is expressed by mature T cells. NB. For optimal staining incubations should be performed at room temperature.

- Applications tested for the base form of this product only
Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.

Reconstitute with distilled water.
