Recombinant soluble human CD257(BAFF).

CD257(BAFF) in EIA and blocks binding of recombinant CD257(BAFF)-muCD8 to receptors on Raji cell surface in Flow cytometry.

Five x 105 recombinant CD257-muCD8 coated CML Latex beads (inquire!) per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ^l of anti-CD257/PE a dilution factor of 1:50 (10 ug/ml). They were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Beads stained positive with a mean shift of 2.89 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/R-PE negative control at a similar concentration. Binding was blocked when beads were pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 ^l of 0.5 mg/ml anti-CD257 antibody. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
