Specificity
Recognizes the human CD97 cell surface antigen, a 74-89kD glycoprotein expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, some activated lymphocytes and weakly by resting lymphocytes (5-15%). Has been reported to detect CD97 antigen weakly in Western blotting.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitute with distilled water.
