Exostoses (multiple) 2 (EXT2) is a glycosyltransferase involved in the chain elongation step of heparan sulfate biosynthesis. It is involved in hereditary multiple exostoses, a disorder characterized by cartilaginous excrescences near the ends of the diaphyses of the bones of the extremities.
