Stock solutions can also be prepared at 50 - 100 µg/mL in sterile buffers (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, or EBSS) containing carrier proteins such as 0.2-1% BSA or HAS.
Bio-Activity
ED50 is equal to1.0 - 6.0 µg /mL, as determined by the inhibition of HUVEC cell proliferation, which is induced by human FGF basic in the presence of 2 µg/ml of fibronectin.
