Western blot
Western Blot analysis 1 µg recombinant mouse EGF was loaded in lanes 2 and 3, as the primary antibody Goat anti Mouse EGF antibody was used at 0.1 µg/ml and 0.2 µg/ml. HRP conjugated Donkey anti Sheep/Goat IgG antibody was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/20000 in lanes 2, 3 and 4. Bio-Rad Precision Plus™ Dual Xtra Prestained Protein Standards were run in lane 1. The blot was visualized with the Bio-Rad Chemidoc™ Touch Imaging System.
