Usage Summary
Stock solutions should be prepared at no less than 10 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, and EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 1% BSA or HSA.
Bio-Activity
Recombinant mouse CXCL3 chemoattracts Baf3-mCXCR2 transfectants in a dose-dependent manner. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2 – 1.2 ng/mL.
