Bio-Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by its ability to inhibit APRIL-mediated proliferation of anti-IgM stimulated murine B cells is no less than 40 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 2.5 × 104 IU/mg in the presence of 100 ng/ml human APRIL.

Reconstitution
Briefly centrifuge prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 2°C to 8°C for short term storage. Store lyophilized at -20°C for long term storage. Store reconstituted at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 week. Aliquot and store reconstituted at -20°C to -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
