The ED(50) was determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of Raji cells and was found to be <0.05ng/mL.
Endotoxin
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Presentation
Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered 20 mM PB, pH 6.0.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/ml.
Storage
The lyophilized protein is stable for up to 1 year at -70°C. Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored in working aliquots at 2°C to 8°C for 1 month, or at -20°C for 6 months, with a carrier protein without detectable loss of activity. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Restrictions
For research use only. Intended for use by laboratory professionals.
