Usage Summary
Stock solutions can also be prepared at 50-100 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, or EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 0.2-1% BSA or HSA.

The ED50 is 0.3-1.2 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 8.3 x 10^5 - 3.3 x 10^6 units/mg as determined by a dose-dependent induction of IFN? secretion by NK-92 cells.
