Lyophilized from a sterile solution in 20 mM PB, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration up to 0.25mg/mL. Do not vortex.
Storage
Store lyophilized at -20°C to -80°C for up to 1 year. Aliquot and store reconstituted at 4°C to 8°C for up to 1 week, or at -20°C for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
