G protein-coupled receptor 18 (GPR18) is a receptor for N-arachidonyl glycine, abnormal cannabidiol, Resolvin D2 and endogenous lipid neurotransmitters. GPR18 is mediated by G proteins which inhibit adenylyl cyclase and may contribute to regulation of inflamattion and the immune system. In immunohistochemistry, GPR18 has cytoplasmic and membranous positivity in immune cells.
