DUSP22 (Dual specificity phosphatase 22) belongs to the LMW-DSP subfamily of phosphatases. It has been demonstrated to be a cancer suppressor gene associated with various biological and pathological processes. Its expression is associate with prognosis in cases with ALK (-) anaplastic large cell lymphoma and other lymphomas. It is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
