ADGRL4 (ELTD1) is a G protein-coupled receptor that regulates angiogenesis. It contains a large extracellular domain with epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats, a seven-transmembrane domain, and a short cytoplasmic tail. ADGRL4 expression is developmentally regulated in the heart. In immunohistochemistry, ADGRL4 has membranous positivity in smooth muscle.
