C-Terminus
Specificity
The UCP32 peptide has no significant homology with UCP1 or UCP2. The antibody has not yet been tested for cross-reactivity to other species. The sequence used for immunization shows 93% homology to mouse UCP3.

Usage
Western Blot: 1-10 mg/ml using Chemiluminescence technique. Immunohistochemistry: 2-20 mg/ml on formaldehyde fixed tissue. ELISA: (1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng UCP32 control peptide/well).
